  • CLMB is the first Versa Climber studio in Singapore. We incorporate HIIT and/or resistance training together with the Versa Climber to provide you with the most efficient and effective workout cover all 5 components of physical fitness (Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition).

  • CLMB is for everyone and anyone above the age of 18 regardless of shape, abilities or fitness level. So wait no further! Join the #clmbrevolution now!

  • Our classes are all programmed to fit the masses where exercises can be tailored to each individual’s fitness level. We CLMB as one to be fitter together!

  • Although our classes are safe for the vast majority, we will still advise you to get a clearance from your doctor or physio before signing up for a workout.

  • We most certainly do. We provide private classes and personal training outside of our class scheduled timings.

Access

  • We are located at 6 Shenton Way, OUE Downtown Gallery #02-04.

  • Tanjong Pagar being the nearest MRT station towards OUE Downtown Gallery. However, Telok Ayer & Raffles Place MRT stations are both walkable distance away.

  • OUE Downtown Gallery itself will be the most convenient.

WORKOUT

  • “Work hard, work smarter.”

    The Versa Climber is one of if not, the most efficient cardio machine invented. The Versa Climber provides Contra-Lateral Movement, which replicates crawling. Movement pattern allows the brain to become more efficient at communication between left and right hemispheres. The better the brain can communicate and process the information, the better the body moves. Contra-Lateral Movement pattern also unites your sensory systems. Research has shown that the Versa Climber burns more calories in less time than any other cardio activities.

    HIIT workout delivers heaps of benefits such as rapid fat burn from a process called EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which allows the body to keep burning calories for up to 48 hours and reduce blood pressure and sugar levels. Plus, it’s time efficient!

    Resistance Training helps increase muscle endurance, strength, growth, or power or to reduce body fat and improve overall health. The use of resistance training is an important component of any fitness program. This will help ensure optimal health and longevity.

  • Fear not! We are all about simplicity and efficiency.

  • At CLMB, no two workouts are the same! We provide a huge variety of exercises and movement patterns to avoid plateaus, leading you to achieving quicker results.

  • Uh! Great question! Even though our workouts are all total-body focused which prevent overloading on a particular body part, rest and recovery is also a very important segment of your training.

    We would advise newcomers to start off your journey with us aiming for 3 sessions a week and progressively increase in your frequency.

TRIAL PACKAGE

  • You trial pass starts from your First booking. However, you will need to book your First class with 7 days starting from your purchase date.

  • 1. Download the CLMB booking app on the App Store and Google Play Store.

    2. Once you have filled in all your particulars, you are entitled to our 5 credits trial pass valid for 7 days priced at only $65 (First timers only). The trial pass will give you access to try all the CLMB workouts on schedule.

    3. Once you've purchased the trial pass, you are free to start booking your class.

    4. Our amazing team will be expecting your arrival with open arms! Rest assure that you’re in great hands.

  • Yes please! We do not provide workout attires at CLMB.

  • We got you! Our team will be there to advise you with the most suitable membership or class package that suits you best.

BOOK A CLASS

  • Classes can be booked via our CLMB app. Please download the CLMB booking app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for a seamless booking experience.

  • Class schedule will be release weekly.

  • Our cancellation window is 12-hours for the class you've booked. If you decide to late-cancel your class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee or class credit will be forfeited. However, if you have a valid reason for your absence with legal documentation, please email us at info@clmbstudio.com and we will sort it out for you.
